Vance’s Iran Peace Talks Trip Delayed After White House Summons

Vice President JD Vance was set to fly to Islamabad on Tuesday to lead U.S. talks with Iran, mediated by Pakistan. The trip was postponed indefinitely after Tehran refused to send a delegation, citing the U.S. naval blockade. Vance stayed in Washington for White House meetings as the ceasefire neared expiration.
